In campus placements, Group Discussions (GD) and Group Tasks (GT) are key components of the recruitment process. These activities are designed to assess a candidate’s communication skills, problem-solving abilities, leadership qualities, and teamwork. While these assessments are essential, they also offer flexibility in how candidates can showcase their strengths.

The flexibility of GD and GT lies in their diverse formats.
