Jaxay Shah Chairman Quality Council of India provided some inputs to students through his tweets when the preliminary exam for the post of Examiner Patent and Design under Controller general Patent Design and trade marking (CGPDTM) was cancelled in September and later the information was provided that the exam will now be re conducted by National Testing Agency (NTA) instead of Quality Council of India. Please see the following tweets by Chairman QCI Mr jaxay Shah: “Some Irregularities/ Technical Glitches have been observed in the Online Examination Conducted on 3rd September 2023 for recruitment of Examiners of Patents & Designs (Group ‘A’ officers) for the Office of CGPDTM”. “The Competent Authority has decided to cancel the examination to ensure fairness, credibility and transparency in the said recruitment process.
